Excellent service, plants dispatched the next day. The DHL courier service let the process down because the delivery was delayed, and the plants spent the weekend at one of their delivery depots. However, due to the excellent condition of the plants they were fine when delivered on Monday.
Slight hiccup with the courier that delivered my item but this was speedily rectified - customer service was ten out of ten. I am delighted with my purchase.
The Nook - Small Curvy Corked Terrarium was purchased for my wife's 70th Birthday and she was absolutely delighted with her birthday gift! Inara (my wife) has already completed the Terrarium and it truly looks simply beautiful and she got a lot of pleasure from creating the finished product!

Lovely kit bought as a gift. The terrarium was well received. I did ask for delivery on a specific day but it arrived 2 days earlier than requested so I was a little concerned that the plants might suffer before I could give them to the recipient. They were fine though - very carefully packed and travelled well.

Lovely kit, bought for Mothers Day and my mum was delighted with the terrarium.
I bought the large Victorian globe terrarium. The box arrived on time as stated and everything was packed well. The moss and plants were very healthy and moist. The glass globe is good quality and easy to fill. Simple instructions for the build and maintenance were provided and easy to follow. My finished terrarium looks great. I would recommend this company and would use again.
