Plants were all healthy and have settled well in their new environment. Instructions were easy to follow.There was plenty of compost, gravel, charcoal etc to arrange my terrarium. Very efficient service thank you.
Delivery was delayed by snowy conditions but once it arrived, it was greeted with delight

A lovely item, beautifully packaged with easy to follow care instructions. I ordered early for a Christmas delivery as it was a gift for my partner and I wanted the plants to be at their best, and they were able to manage the delivery on the near-Christmas date I requested.

We purchased the glass domed terrarium as a Christmas present for our son, knowing very little about them we were unsure of what to do when it arrived so that it would be still OK on the 25th December as we included plants with the order, Matt answered my query the next day and couldn’t be more helpful and even held the order back till as late as possible for Christmas delivery, I can’t recommend them enough and in this day and age these type of companies are rare.

Everything arrived in good condition and faster than I expected. This is a Christmas present for my wife so I cant comment yet on any other aspect. Its amazing how inventive you can be hiding live plants. Only thing uncertain I am about I was expecting 10% discount on this first order which didn't happen.

Beautiful plants which arrived in excellent condition despite having to get all the way to Shetland. Sadly I did not get an Asparagus Fern but a large leaf fern - as it is the one plant I really wanted is there a way of ensuring that?
